Before adding item(s) to your shopping cart, please make sure that dimensions and quantities of items you plan to purchase will fit both in the location in which they will be installed and in all elevator(s), doorway(s), hallway(s), and stairwell(s) required for transporting your items to that location. Any questions regarding color or dimensions must be discussed before placing your order.
Due to the inconsistencies of monitors and/or the resolution and capabilities of the equipment used to access the store, some discrepancies in color, texture, angles, and dimensions may occur. Because all of this information is provided by our suppliers, ClevrGear is not responsible for these discrepancies.
Receiving your shipment
Before signing for and accepting your delivery, inspect the packages for external damages. If the items were damaged in transit, photograph the package conditions and make sure that the carrier notes the damages on the freight bill or proof of delivery (POD). Failure to do so may affect your ability to claim shipping damage due to rough or careless handling by the shipping company.

Individual return policies
Because different items may have different return policies, according to their manufacturer/supplier, please review the individual return policies linked below (also displayed on their respective product pages). In general, items may be returned, as long as they are not categorized as non-returnable items (see list below), and they are in their original condition and packaging (including accessories, manuals, and any other documentation). The customer will be responsible for a restocking fee of up to 30% of the purchase price, as well as any shipping and handling fees that may apply.

For items from any other manufacturer, please send us an email at email@example.com, with the subject “ORDER RETURN REQUEST” and provide the following information: (1) order number, (2) photo or video of the defective item (if applicable, though this is very unlikely) with a brief description, (3) delivery address, and (4) a copy of the signed proof of delivery (POD) document.
