Cancellations and Order Modifications
Before adding item(s) to your shopping cart, please make sure that dimensions and quantities of items you plan to purchase will fit both in the location in which they will be installed and in all elevator(s), doorway(s), hallway(s), and stairwell(s) required for transporting your items to that location.
Cancelations or order modifications must be submitted up to 12 hours after the order has been placed. If the cancellation request has been received in time, you will receive the appropriate refund. Cancellation requests after this 12 hours will need to follow the return policy. All cancellation or modification requests must be officially submitted via email to email@example.com, including your order number and either (1) the change(s) that you would like to make to your order or (2) the reason(s) that you would like to cancel your order. Phone calls and voicemails requests will not be processed.
If the order cancellation is approved, you (the customer) will be responsible for a cancellation or restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price, as well as any shipping and handling fees that may apply.
If for some reason we are not able to fulfill your order, we reserve the right to cancel it. We will notify you via email and proceed to refund the full payment.
